America is one of the biggest casual dining restaurant chains in São Paulo.
But it’s website was entirely made in Flash, making it difficult for users across different devices to access it.
n top of that, most costumers were unaware of the site’s online delivery system.
My job was to reshape America’s site so it’s clients could find what they wanted in a quick and intuitive way.
Instead of wasting time trying to find info of meals or trying to find a store address, they could easily navigate in the website’s new structure. A better experience. A better engagement with the brand.
The delivery was also modified. With a simple usability, which was praised in magazines and other sites of it’s kind, the delivery ceased to have a secondary role and became a great revenue for the restaurant.
The new site, and delivery system, strengthened the brand digitally, expanding awareness and business opportunities.
