Volkswagen wanted to control all their Digital Assets in only one place. This included: high resolution photos, advertising videos, jingles, point of sales materials logistics, and more.
In cooperation with AlmapBBDO, a complete system was created, which included the whole process of uploading, reviewing and approving new content. The system also stored files for users from all over Brazil to download.
One of the strengths of the platform was a built-in point of sales logistics system. Where car dealerships from all over the country could ask for new banners or displays online. The system would then send a message to the warehouse, and from there the package would be sent to the user.
The partnership between the UX teams Almap BBDO and Inkuba yielded excellent results with both Volkswagen and for projects from other accounts.
